Party Poker’s Dream Seat Series (DSS) promotion, first launched in January 2014 as part of its marketing deal with the New Jersey Devils, the Prudential Center, and the Philadelphia 76ers, turned out to be such a huge success that Party Poker decided to bring it back this October. The DSS is a unique opportunity for poker players to win free tickets to live entertainment shows or sports events. However, players should first take part in any DSS Hockey Nights Freeroll or any DSS Hockey Nights Suite Seats Tournament.
How to Qualify for Dream Seat Tournaments
Players should first get ahold of a DSS Qualifier Ticket, and this can be done in a variety of ways such as earning points, making deposits, finishing as one of the top 30 players of a Daily DSS Qualifier, or finishing as one of the top 10 players of a 50 Point Satellite.
The Daily DSS Qualifier is held at 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., and the buy-in is a DSS Qualifier Ticket. The 50 Point DSS Satellite is held every day at 3:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., and the buy-in is 50 points. Players can also deposit $30 or more and input the promotional code DREAM to receive a DSS Qualifier Ticket.
The next step is to use these DSS Qualifier Tickets to participate in the DSS Hockey Nights Freeroll or the DSS Hockey Nights Suite Seat Tournament. The former will be held at 6:00 p.m. on November 9, 2014, and its top three players will receive two lower-level tickets to the New Jersey vs. Minnesota match, scheduled to take place at the Prudential Center at 7:00 p.m. on November 11.
The DSS Hockey Nights Suite Seat Tournament will be played at 6:30 p.m. on November 9, 2014, and the top three players of this tournament will be awarded two tickets to the Party Poker Box Suite so that they can watch the New Jersey vs. Minnesota match at the Prudential Center at 7:00 p.m. on November 11 in style.
Needless to say, one needs to be a registered user of Party Poker NJ to qualify for these tournaments. Those who do not have a Party Poker account must first sign up and then log into their accounts to take part in the DSS and win free seats to the best live shows and hockey events. Players can collect tickets they have won at the Prudential Center on the day the event is scheduled to take place.
